How to delete your account

In the TXIPTV app on an Android phone or tablet:

1. Open More, Account, Delete account.
2. Confirm. We send a confirmation link to your account's email address.
3. Open the link within 24 hours and confirm once more. Your account is deleted at once.

On the web:

1. Sign in at https://txtv.stream/app/account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. Open the link we email you within 24 hours and confirm once more.

If you can no longer sign in, write toinfo@txgaming.ee from the email address of the account and we will delete it for you.

If you pay for Premium, the subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion, whether you subscribed through Google Play or on our website.

What is deleted

• Your email address, password and the link to your Google account, if you used Google sign-in.
• Your signed-in devices and their sessions.
• Playlists, provider logins and playlist files saved to your account.
• Favourites, watch history, resume points and settings synced with your account.
• Screen time settings and their daily records.

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records (subscription periods, payments and the billing country) are kept for seven years, as Estonian accounting law requires. They are not used for anything else.
• Encrypted backups of our database are kept for up to six months and then overwritten, so your account disappears from them within six months. Backups are only used to recover from a failure.
• Anonymous usage counts, such as how many channels were played on a day, contain nothing that identifies you and are kept.
• Playlists you added without an account stay on your own device until you remove them or uninstall the app; we never had them.
• Advertising data collected by Google for ads in the free version is controlled by Google. You can manage it at My Ad Center and reset your device's advertising ID in your Android settings.
