1. Who these terms are with

TXIPTV is provided by TXGAMING OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code{{ registry code }}, registered address {{ registered address }}). Contact:tx@txgaming.ee. By installing the player, using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. What TXIPTV is — and is not

TXIPTV is a media player. It plays IPTV sources that you supply and configure yourself.

TXIPTV does not provide, host, sell, resell, index or curate any television channels, films, series, playlists, programme-guide data or subscriptions. We have no relationship with any content provider. Channel names, logos and titles shown in screenshots and demonstrations are fictional demo content.

If you are looking for something to watch, TXIPTV is not that. You must already have a source from a provider of your own choosing.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the playlists, portals and credentials you add to the player;
• having the right to access and view whatever you stream through it;
• complying with the laws of the country you are in, including copyright law;
• your agreement with whichever provider supplies your streams;
• keeping your account credentials, if you have an account, confidential.

You must not use TXIPTV to infringe anyone's rights, to circumvent technical protection measures, or to break the law. We may suspend or close an account used for those purposes.

4. Accounts

An account is optional — the player works fully without one. If you create one, you must give an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and be at least 16 years old. You may delete your account at any time, and we may close accounts that breach these terms or have been dormant for {{ dormancy period }}.

5. Paid plans

Some features may be offered on a paid subscription. Where they are: prices are shown before you buy, including VAT where it applies; subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us.

Consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that begin immediately, that right ends once you ask us to start and acknowledge losing it — which we will ask you to confirm at checkout.

6. The software licence

The TXIPTV application is distributed under the MIT licence, whose text ships with the software. You may use, copy and modify it on those terms.

The TXIPTV name and logo are not covered by that licence. They are our trademarks. You may not use them to name or brand your own fork, product, app-store listing or service, or in any way suggesting we endorse or are affiliated with it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website and any account services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update the player. Nothing here promises a particular platform or feature by a particular date.

Streams failing to play is usually a matter between you and your provider, or a limitation of the platform you are on — browsers in particular refuse streams that do not send the required cross-origin headers. That is not a defect in the player.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for the content you access through it, for the acts of your provider, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit.

Where we are liable and liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will notify account holders by email of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use TXIPTV after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
